Big Garden Furniture is the only company in Australia (that we know of) that builds daybeds from 100% Australian Recycled Timber locally. When we say daybed, we don’t mean a bench seat with a few cushions, our daybeds are built to Australian standard bed sizes. The single daybed design can easily fit two adults lying down or three adults seated comfortably.

The ‘Cosmo’ design shown has a 100% recycled Australian Red Mahogany structure with the mattress slats being 100% recycled Australian Grey Ironbark.

All bolt holes are timber plugged as standard, in addition the furniture is coated with Aussie Clear Oil to bring out the grain and then buffed finished with Carnauba Wax.

The daybed furnishings are handmade locally with all weather fabric that is water repellant, stain and fade resistant and very hard wearing.

All mattresses are made in Australia from 150mm high density foam which is ideal for our daybeds.
